SOLUTIONS

Two people have to say yes

The medical affairs leader who needs to evidence what the function delivers. And the MSL who has to live with the tool every day. RocketMSL is built for both, and this page is written for both.

For medical affairs leadership

Finally, a number that belongs to Medical

Commercial has revenue. Market access has formulary wins. R&D has trial milestones. Medical Affairs has meetings held, materials shared, HCPs reached — and none of it says whether the science landed.

So impact gets self-reported, call quality gets self-assessed, and the function with the weakest evidence of its own value is the one that gets questioned when budgets are set.

Measures from your own science

Objective measures generated from your approved scientific content — not commercial proxies borrowed from the sales team.

Depth, not volume

Scientific substance scored per interaction, so a hundred shallow meetings never outrank ten that moved the science.

Knowledge that compounds

HCP understanding tracked over time, by product and by scientific topic, so progression becomes visible instead of assumed.

Visibility you didn’t have to write

Reported from what actually happened in the field, rather than assembled from what your team says happened.

What you can show that you couldn’t before

Not “we held 340 meetings this quarter.” Instead: which scientific topics moved and which stalled. Where the evidence gaps are concentrated by region and specialty. Which talking points are being challenged most often, and by whom. Which HCPs progressed in understanding, and which interaction moved them.

The same conversations your team was already having — with the science that came out of them finally visible.

For field medical teams

It measures the conversation, not you

Scientific Discussion Depth scores the discussion — how much of the planned science was covered, and what came back from the HCP. It does not rank MSLs against each other, and it is not a performance rating. A challenging HCP produces a harder conversation and a better score, not a worse one.

Before

Preparation, assembled

The HCP’s history, prior questions, open evidence requests, knowledge gaps and the scientific points worth raising — gathered for you instead of hunted down across documents the night before.

During

Support, not correction

Guidance while the conversation is still happening, so a missed point can still be made. Most tools tell you what you missed after you have already missed it.

After

Documentation that writes itself

Summary, insights, talking-point coverage and follow-up actions captured from the interaction. Review and correct rather than compose from scratch at the end of a long day.

Things we are asked, and the honest answers

MSLs are not ranked against each other. The score belongs to the conversation, not the person.

Nothing is recorded without HCP consent. Consent is captured per meeting. Without it, a structured form takes the place of a recording.

No extra forms. This replaces post-meeting admin, it does not sit on top of it.

You correct the AI, not the other way round. Every generated insight is reviewed before it enters the record.

How it fits together

One loop, both sides of it

Scientific content generates the talking points. The interaction is captured. Coverage and insight are scored. Everything learned attaches to the HCP profile — so the next preparation starts further ahead than the last one did.

Where to begin

Start with one team

One therapy area. One set of scientific content. One field team. Everything the platform does at stage one stands on its own — nothing depends on the rest of the roadmap landing.

One therapy area

Scoped to the content you already have approved.

One field team

Proof on real interactions before anything scales.

No system replacement

Your system of record stays exactly where it is.

We are not asking you to buy the roadmap. We are asking you to start at stage one.

See it on a real conversation

Thirty minutes, your therapy area, your content. We will show you what the platform produces from a single scientific interaction.
